Dehydration Problems are a very common health problem on summer days. Dehydration is caused by the absence of a sufficient amount of water in your body. So, sufficient water is important for our body to avoid dehydration. Dehydration can cause life-threatening issues like heat stroke.
Lack of sufficient water & excessive Humidity is the main reason for dehydration & other health issues. Now the question is how we can understand that we feel dehydrated. Dehydration can cause diarrhea, vomiting & excessive sweating. Here are some signs of dehydration:

How to avoid Dehydration on Summer Days?
• Once you feel thirsty drink water. 2-3 liters of water are sufficient for our body.
• Eat some seasonal fruits on summer days; because fruits can balance the water level. So watermelon, cucumber, papaya, and mango can protect you from heat & makeup, and water balance your body.
• Avoid eating high protein foods. These may cause body heat.
• Avoid drinking coffee & alcohol.
• Try to avoid Oily, Spicy & Fast-food.
• Avoid heavy workouts during summer days.
• Frequently drink water when you go outside.
• Try coconut water once a week.
So, dehydration is very dangerous for our health, don’t take it lightly. Once you feel tired or not feeling so well don’t ignore it. Drink plenty of water in this hot weather. If your problem is not solved; go for a doctor's consultation, don’t avoid it.
