The Objective of the scheme is to be provide financial assistance to the OBC students studying at post-matriculation or post-secondary stage to enable them to complete their education.
Scope:
These scholarship shall be available fro studies in India only and will be awarded by the Government of State/Union Territory to which the applicant actually belongs, i.e. permanently settled.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Candidate must be a domicile of the state of Tripura
2. Candidate Belongs to Other Backward Classes
3. Candidate must be studying at post-matriculation or post-secondary stage
4. Candidate Parents’/Guardian’s income not exceeding Rs 1.5 lakhs p.a.
