JEE Advance 2020: Check Here Last Minute Guidelines And Others Details

Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi has released the necessary standard operating procedure (SOP) for the upcoming Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Advanced 2020. The exam is going to be held on 27 September. This year more than 2.5 lakh students will appear for JEE Advanced 2020 examination. The first shift will start at 9 am and end at 12 noon, while the second shift will begin at 2:30 pm and end at 5:30 pm.

 

TCS iON has taken the responsibility to conduct exam safely without risking the lives of the students amid the Covid-19 outbreak. It is mandatory for the students to follow the guidelines released by authorities. The admit cards for the exam was released on September 21, 2020, by IIT Delhi. Students appearing for the exams must make sure that they carry the JEE Advanced 2020 examination admit card. The link to download the JEE advanced 2020 admit card is available on the official website of JEE Advanced.  According to the eligibility provided, only those students who have qualified the JEE Main exams will be eligible to appear for the JEE Advanced exams.

 

JEE Advanced 2020 guidelines and instructions:

 

1. Standard Operating Procedures for implementing safety precautions and for maintaining required standard of hygiene are being implemented.

 

2. Alternate seats will be kept vacant to ensure social distancing. At Test Centers where there is sufficient space between seats, a distance of 6 feet will be maintained between seats.

 

3. Hand Sanitizers will be available at entry and inside the Test Centre at various places for candidates and Test Centre staff to use.

 

4. JEE Advanced 2020 Reporting Time.

 

5. It is advised that candidates should reach the centre well in advance on September 27.

 

6. Carry your JEE Advanced admit card should be signed by a parent and a passport-size image.

 

7. Apart from the admit card, candidates would have to also carry an identity proof along with them, which could be a PAN card, driving license, aadhaar card or aadhaar enrollment form, ration card and passport.
